  1. Baby girl, you ARE strong. Yes, you are different. The thing is it takes strength to be able to recognize the times that you need help and to ask for it. It takes strength to recognize the onset of an anxiety attack and ground yourself so that you remain calm. It takes an ENORMOUS amount of strength to make these videos each week. Do not classify yourself by the things you used to do. Everyday is a new day. There is only today and if you made it through happy and calm, then you win. If you struggled, then you have learned and can work to make the next day better.

You are STRONG. You are NOT weak. You are a fighter! You will win and overcome.

Do you know that your videos have helped me? Yes, they have. I’ve used the grounding technique so many times since your video.

    I love you!

  2. I know your life has been a world wind over the last year and a half or so. You have been facing everything head on and we are very proud of you for not only taking the steps you need to in order to take care of yourself but also continuing to get that help. You truly have come to understand that your diagnosis is not nor ever will be just a quick fix. It will be a daily battle that you will continue to power through daily because you are stronger now than you ever were before. The reason you are stronger is because you face things daily that you never thought you could. Before you never understood it and always hid behind other things so know one would know you were having any kind of trouble. It takes courage to show people your vulnerable side and not just the sugar coated stuff. It is good to see the true you on the good days as well as the bad because we can see you work through it and are able to help guide you when you need it. Speaking out is also not only good for you but can be good for others who may feel the same way as you sometimes and never thought anyone else could possibly feel the same way or go through the same things.

  3. You may not realize it but you are probably stronger now than you ever were. It takes so much strength and courage to speak out and tell the world about your struggles. You will never know how many people you are touching and helping. Just take it one day at a time. Like the song says just put one foot in front of the other and soon you will be walking out the door. I love you! Keep up the good work.
